Resellfone Trade-In Policy for Electronic Items
Consoles (Working, Broken, Faulty), Mobiles, Gadgets, Computer Parts, Tablets, and Accessories
By trading in your electronic items with Resellfone, you agree to the following terms:
Ownership: You certify that you are the legal owner of the items you wish to trade in.
Price Validity: Cash prices quoted are valid for 7 days. Your product must be delivered to us within that time to receive the quoted value.
Working Condition: When trading in any electronic item, it must be fully functional, with the manufacturer’s guarantee/warranty seal(s) intact. Items with major scratches on the body or screen (if applicable) will be rejected.
Complete Package: All items included with the original purchase must be present and fully functional (excluding paperwork, but including controllers, TV cables, HDMI cables, etc.).
Faulty Items: Faulty items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense or destroyed.
Damage or Missing Items: Other damage or missing items will result in the trade-in value being lowered accordingly.
Final Decision: Resellfone’s decision regarding the condition of trade-in items, the actual item received versus the item described in the sell order, and any missing or damaged items is final. The sell order value may be adjusted based on the actual product received and its condition, as determined by our testing team. Only completely rejected items can be returned to the sender (at their expense).
Trade-In Limit: Only one item can be traded in or cashed in per customer/household.
Location: Trade-ins can only be accepted from India.
Transit Responsibility: Resellfone is not responsible for any loss or damage to the item during transit.
Processing Time: Once we receive your item, it should take 3-4 days for it to be processed. An email will be sent when payment is processed, detailing when you can expect to receive it.
Data Erasure: Please format your device before sending it to us. We may need to erase data during testing and are not responsible for any data loss.
Payment Accuracy: To ensure funds are credited correctly, please provide accurate beneficiary branch IFSC (Indian Financial System Code) and account number. Resellfone is not responsible for incorrect credits due to errors in IFSC or account number.
Trademarks – The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.
